Refund Policy:
A Money Back Guarantee is offered to new customers only - Our guarantee provide our promise to issue a full refund, less shipping, on returned products, used or unused, post-marked within (30 or 60 days whichever is stated on the website) of the initial delivery date and accompanied with a RMA number. To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and process a return, email us within the stated 30-60 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number along with the reason for return. Upon receiving your request, we will respond usually within 1 business day with return instructions and an issued RMA number. We will NOT refund any returned orders without an issued RMA number. Any package or items returned to us without a RMA number will be either be refused or discarded and will not qualify for a refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution. Reorders and wholesale orders are non-refundable. If multiple orders for the same item(s) exist in one household, only the first order may qualify for a refund if within the stated time frame. The start of the 30 or 60 day period is the day the courier records successful delivery. There are no exceptions unless otherwise stated by a (Customer Care) representative.
If your order was received damaged or defective, please email us for an exchange. All of our policies apply only to purchases made directly through our official website and not from 3rd party suppliers.
